2. Information, not advice
Thailand Stay Plan explains published Thai rules and ranks routes against your answers. It is not legal, tax, financial or immigration advice and it creates no adviser relationship. Thai missions and the Immigration Bureau decide every application. Confirm the current rules with the office handling your case before you act.
AI assistants. The Thailand Stay Plan app in ChatGPT, the Claude connector and other assistants using our endpoint return the same published rules, sources and check dates as the Visa Map on this site and rank the routes the same way. The answer is information, not legal, tax or immigration advice; Thai missions and Immigration decide every case. The assistant's own wording around our answer is the provider's, not ours.
3. Accuracy
We name a source and a check date for every rule and we correct errors when we learn of them. Rules, fees and office practice change, and sources sometimes disagree; where they do, we say so. We give no guarantee that the information is complete or current on the day you read it.
4. No affiliation
We are a private company. We are not affiliated with the Royal Thai Government, the Immigration Bureau, any Thai mission, the Board of Investment or Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd.
5. Partners and commissions
Some pages introduce licensed partners (authorised Thailand Privilege agents, visa agents). If you engage a partner we introduce, the partner pays us a commission. Your price is set by the partner or, for Thailand Privilege, by Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., and is the same with or without our introduction. The partner, not Thailand Stay Plan, is responsible for its service.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, BRS Properties Co., Ltd. is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this site, from a decision by a Thai authority, or from a partner's service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
